An Indian dairy brand selling milk, curd, paneer, butter, cheese and flavoured milk was growing fast on quick-commerce apps but had little visibility into what shoppers actually saw. Prices, promotions and stock changed by dark store and by time of day, regional cooperatives and private labels competed hard in every city, and evening stock-outs were quietly pushing shoppers to rival brands. Manual app checks took more than 15 hours a week and still missed most changes.
Actowiz Metrics combined Dairy Price Data Scraping with E-commerce & D2C analytics to track 85 own SKUs and 420 competitor SKUs across 160 pincodes in eight cities. The approach captured price, promotions, availability and search rank twice daily, revealed where paneer and curd ran out by evening, and guided a second daily replenishment that lifted evening paneer availability from 64% to 86% while improving share of search for core dairy keywords.
